	Charter Information
	Charter parties may consist of up to, a maximum of six (6) people (A Coast Guard regulation)
	Charter dates will be confirmed upon receipt of a $200 deposit which must be received with ten days of making the reservation. (deposits will not be returned if trip is canceled less than 10 days before the scheduled sailing time, but can be used toward a future charter) Sport fishing charter rates for 2013 are: 6 hours($650) 8 hours($750) Call for special Twilight rates and availability!! Please remember, the Mate works for tips ONLY. It is customary to tip the mate 15% - 20% Rates include all licenses, tackle, plus your catch (Striped Bass and/or Bluefish) will be cleaned and packaged
	Guarantee Policy If the charter fails to catch any fish, we will issue a "rain check" to the person who booked the fishing charter, for another equivalent trip at a later date. Limit of one rain check per charter, and it must be used during the current season Weather Cancelation Policy
	The Captain determines if conditions are safe to depart. We generally try to notify you at least 24 hours in advance if we have bad weather coming. If the Captain cancells a trip due to weather, all deposits are refundable or we will try to reschedule for another date if possible.
